🔸 Michelin 😋 Bib Gourmand ▫️ Opted for the 5-course meal + 5 glasses of wine, ▫️ Added horseradish + pickled pear slices for the appetizer, ▫️ Added vegan brownie + chocolate mint ice cream for dessert. 🍞 Their homemade sourdough bread and sauces were both excellent. I love all kinds of Nordic sourdough, but since it wasn't complimentary, I coolly finished it without asking for more, haha. 🧡 The venison tartar with the brioche at the bottom was quite good, not gamey at all. 💙 The main course of white fish was great, a bit salty but the texture was really good. I had to pair it with wine. The 'today's catch' was probably perch, so delicious. I love all kinds of Nordic white fish. 💜🤎 The desserts were both delicious.
