Here Are the 10 Things I Did in Bogotá(3)
8️⃣ Botero Museum If you visit only one museum, make it this one. Fernando Botero, Colombia’s national treasure, is famous for his plump figures, including a chubby Mona Lisa. Entry is free, but it’s closed on Tuesdays. 🎨 9️⃣ Explore Local Markets Paloquemao is said to be Latin America’s largest produce market. Here, you’ll find exotic tropical fruits, meat stalls, a flower market, and shops selling local snacks. It’s a sensory overload! 🍍 🔟 Take a Day Trip to the Salt Cathedral This unique church, built underground in a salt mine, is just 50 kilometers from Bogotá. It’s a perfect day trip. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it this time, but it’s definitely on my list for next time! 🕍 Bogotá is a city of contrasts, where history meets modernity, and every corner has a story to tell. Whether you’re a coffee lover, a history buff, or a dance enthusiast, Bogotá has something for everyone. 🌟 #Colombia #South America
