Unlike a typical steakhouse cut, this grilled sirloin is medium rare by default—perfectly browned on the outside (not burnt!) and tender inside. 🍃 This classic Italian steak is seasoned only with salt, highlighting the quality and texture of the beef itself. It's very aromatic, though not as flavorful as the pasta.
