Hidden Gem on Vancouver's Main Street π
π Vancouver's Main Street Hides a Family-Style Thai Restaurant π π Bob Likes Thai Food offers a modest selection of dishes, but each one is quite authentic. I tried a few dishes and was quite pleased. They also have a unique menu feature where you can make special requests to the chef. 'Pad Thai (Prawns)' Classic stir-fried rice noodles with shrimp, smoked tofu, peanuts, eggs, and bean sprouts. Tangy, sweet, and "so" appetizing! π€π 'Thai Ice Tea' Iced tea with condensed milk, not too sweet, but could be a bit more robust. π΅π₯ 'CHICKEN SATAY (4 skewers)' I was amazed by these chicken skewers; they could be among the best in Vancouver. The accompanying peanut sauce enhances the flavor. π’π 'PLA LAD PIK' Fish with tamarind chili sauce, basil, pineapple, kaffir lime leaves, onions, and red bell peppers. A mix of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. The fish is fresh and crispy, perfect with rice. ππΆοΈ π The overall prices are reasonable, offering great value for money. The atmosphere is simple, reminiscent of a street food stall. The restaurant is quite unassuming, but it draws attention from passersby. The authentic flavors are excellent, and it's worth a try if you're interested. π #VancouverEats #CanadianCuisine #Vancouver #CanadianLife #VancouverFun #Foodie #VancouverLife #WeekendVibes ### Name: Bob Likes Thai Food Address: 3755 Main St, Vancouver, BC V5V 3N8 Type: Restaurant ###
