Hidden Gem Restaurant in Florence 🍽️
🍽️ Trattoria Angiolino 📍 Via Trento 739, 50013 Campi Bisenzio This is a beloved local restaurant that originally started as a bakery. Opened in 1946 by an Italian couple, the menu features classic home-cooked dishes, and the owner is incredibly charming and witty! Their most popular main course is the Risotto in Forma (cheese risotto), which is creamy, aromatic, and not too rich. It's truly delicious! Note that it requires a minimum order of four servings. Another signature dish is the Cinghiale in Umido (stewed wild boar), which is tender and melts in your mouth. It's rich but not greasy, though it has a slight gamey flavor that might not be for everyone. The meat is incredibly soft! For dessert, the Crema Catalana (caramel custard) is a must-try. The caramel layer on top is slightly bitter, while the custard is smooth and not overly sweet. The average cost is around 30€ per person. ❗️Reservations are highly recommended on weekends, as the restaurant is small and has limited seating. #ItalianCuisine #RepeatVisitRestaurant #Italy #Florence #HiddenGems #RestaurantRecommendation #FlorenceFood #Restaurant
