High-aesthetic ambiance restaurant--Ysabel
🐟Spicy Tuna Tartare, a raw minced tuna dish served on crispy rice crackers. While I appreciated the crunch from the crackers, the texture inside wasn't quite to my liking. The Wagyu Yakitori, skewered beef, was quite good; although each skewer was small, the sauce was delicious! 🍟The Truffle Fries were a safe choice, with a standard taste that hit the spot for a craving. For the main course, we ordered the 🐚Pan Roasted Scallops, which had a delightfully chewy texture and came with refreshing side dishes, perfect for those who prefer a lighter flavor profile . The star of the meal was the🥩 Tomahawk Rib-Eye Steak, which was truly impressive! The sauce was top-notch, and we ordered it medium rare, although it seemed a bit overcooked. Their cocktails were also a highlight of the evening. Although I opted for champagne, my friends couldn't get enough of the cocktails, one after another. 🍨For dessert, the waiter recommended the🍫 Molten Chocolate Cake, essentially a lava cake, which I found to be rich and possibly too much after a few bites. In comparison, I preferred the🫐 Blueberry Crostata, a tart filled with blueberries. It's also worth mentioning that the fruits here were very fresh, and the ambiance and atmosphere were right up my alley. I can't wait to come back for their brunch next time! 🍴Ysabel 📍 945 N Fairfax Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90046 #West Hollywood #Ysabel #ambiance restaurant
