Highly Affordable Michelin One-Star in Paris
☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ Le Sergent Recruteur (Reservations Only) ✨ 41 Rue Saint-Louis en l'Île, 75004 Paris, France 💰 Menu: The set menu without drinks is 118 euros, and with paired red wine🍷 it’s 180 euros. You can also order à la carte, and the prices for individual dishes are available on their website. The set menu includes 9 courses plus bread. 💗 Surprises: Number of Courses & Price: I originally thought there would only be 5 dishes, but they kept coming—one after another, totaling 9 dishes. The value for money is just too high! 😂 Service: I think the service is top-notch. There’s even a dedicated sommelier who provides a professional explanation of the red wine paired with each course. 👍🏻 Ingredients Quality: The ingredients used are quite affordable, not necessarily expensive, but the quality is absolutely fantastic! The vegetables are super fresh and crisp. 🔥 Cooking: What really impressed me was the main course, which I think was chicken breast? The cooking was spot-on, with minimal seasoning and marination. It preserved the natural flavor of the food while enhancing it. I usually hate chicken breast, but I finished this one—it was quite tender. The second dish, fish tartare, was one of my favorites and incredibly delicious 😋 Each dish left a deep impression on me. The combination of cooking techniques and flavors is truly top-class. 👍🏻 The chef is really skilled at balancing the dishes—after a rich one, a light one, and so on. By the time I got to the dessert, I was in love. It was refreshing and perfect for cutting through the richness. It was incredibly delicious 😋 I think it was some kind of cilantro ice cream? I thought the name was quite unconventional, and I probably wouldn’t have ordered it, but when I took a bite, I was completely blown away by how good it was! #FrenchCuisine #DiningInStyle #RestaurantRecommendation #StudentEats #MichelinOneStar
