This spot kept popping up in my searches, so after our walking tour, we stopped by for lunch — and I'm so glad we did! The decor is super cute — you can sit at the cozy bar or choose a table upstairs (which is what we did 😊). We ordered the Shrimp & Grits (one of my all-time favorite dishes!), Caesar Salad, and Gumbo. Every dish was absolutely delicious!! I could honestly eat here every day 🍤🥗🍲. We also enjoyed some excellent wine, reasonably priced, which paired perfectly with our meal 🍷💖. And the location is another big plus — right in the heart of a lively shopping district, just a 10-minute walk from the St. Charles/Felicity Streetcar stop 🚋🛍️.
