Hino Oishi – Japanese Food in Fresno 🍣🍙

Went here with my Japanese friend for lunch! 🎌 Even though it’s located in a small plaza, this place was definitely the busiest — we waited about 30 minutes to be seated. I ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bowl — the salmon portion was huge and the teriyaki sauce was pretty good! 👍🍚 My friend got the Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) — and honestly, it wasn’t very authentic 🍗😅. The coating was too thick, more like American-style fried chicken. And since when is karaage served with french fries?? 🍟 We were both confused… Not recommended.
