Hirohisa’s Generous Uni Bowl 🍣
Hirohisa’s lunch service, only available from Wednesday to Friday, is quite inconvenient timing-wise. However, I managed to catch it early in the morning before my flight, and it was totally worth it! 🍚 The uni (sea urchin) is generously portioned and incredibly fresh. Every bite is pure bliss! The rice underneath is perfectly plump, making you want to devour every last grain (though I had to restrain myself for the sake of Barcelona). The side dishes are also quite diverse. 🥢 I also ordered chawanmushi (savory egg custard) and sesame tofu. The sesame tofu is amazing—its texture is like mochi, and the sesame flavor is so rich and aromatic. [Heart eyes] On the other hand, the chawanmushi was way too salty. I wouldn’t recommend it.
