Historic Charm, Not a Quiet Location 🏛️🎶

This beautiful historic building truly has its own unique charm, though it’s not the quietest spot—especially if you prefer a tranquil retreat. The hotel rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were especially grateful that they kindly allowed us an early check-in due to my husband’s health needs 🙏❤️. I personally loved the classic paintings and antique decor throughout the property—they gave the space a rich, timeless feel 🖼️✨. The pool, though small, was pleasantly warm, which made for a relaxing dip. And the girls really enjoyed using the fitness room—especially after all those beignets we indulged in! 🍩💪 We also had a lovely evening at the Davenport Lounge, enjoying live jazz performances and delicious desserts—a true New Orleans experience 🎷🍰. That said, if you’re sensitive to noise or seeking a completely peaceful stay, this may not be the ideal choice.
