I keep ordering from the same spots until I’ve tried the whole menu! 😂 This week, it was back to another local go-to—still delicious, still no regrets. 👉 Braised Beef Brisket with Fried Tofu I was surprised to see this dish now called “Fried Tofu Brisket Pot” instead of “Bean Curd Stick Pot” (as mentioned in my earlier post)—maybe they renamed it after my comment? 😅 The beef is fall-apart tender and deeply flavorful, and the fried tofu is wonderfully dry and fragrant. Just as good as ever! 🥩🍶 👉 Yu Xiang Pork Shreds Huge portion—filled a whole container! Authentic flavors with carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and peppers.
