📍Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo Downtown - Medical Ctr by IHG The service at this Holiday Inn we stayed at is truly commendable.⛳ The front desk staff, Mr. Byron, was very considerate and proactively provided safety guidance for guests catching early morning flights. 😝Ms. BW not only helped retrieve a forgotten jacket but also went out of her way to assist with shipping it at a UPS store—such dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Moreover, the hotel's location is convenient, and the rooms are spacious and clean. 🌊Heather in the breakfast area was diligent, promptly replenishing food and maintaining a tidy dining environment. 📷Our overall stay was comfortable, and the staff worked together seamlessly.
