Overhyped online β just okay overall. π Marugame Udon Super delicious udon! Their matcha drink π΅ was the star β not too sweet, perfect for matcha lovers. I kept going back just for that drink! π½οΈ Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi Hotel restaurant with solid main courses. Desserts were too sweet for me π°, but typical North American sweetness level. π² Ginza Won Restaurant Found it by chance near Chrome Hearts β no plan, just hungry! Surprisingly great Korean food π₯’, very comprehensive menu. Sorry, no pics β we ate too fast! π π§ Desserts & Drinks Island Vintage Shave Ice π§ Always a long line on Main St. Rainbow flavor was delicious! My friend got yogurt base β tasted like traditional Chinese yogurt π₯ Ube Malasada π Amazing purple sugar donut! Located in Waikiki Duke Lane β had it the next day and still awesome! Island Vintage Coffee β Matcha latte was too sweet for me π΅, aΓ§aΓ bowl wasnβt my thing either. Skip if youβre not into superfood flavors. Kith Treats Hawaii π₯€ Sour and interesting β I liked it, but my friends hated it π π ABC Storeβs Papaya!! Even though I donβt usually like papaya, this one was incredible π₯ β sweet, juicy, a must-try! πΊ Food Trucks Search for Famous Kahuku Shrimp β the garlic shrimp is fantastic! π€ This whole area is full of food trucks.
