Before going on a trip, I searched for restaurants on 🍠 and found that this place had all positive reviews, so I made a reservation right away, and it certainly lived up to expectations. Their signature dish is not on the menu because it’s a set menu that changes with the seasons. However, the waiter will ask if you want to add this dish when ordering. I highly recommend you add it without hesitation – it’s truly delicious!!! The tuna is handled perfectly, with a delicate texture and a rich, oily flavor. The bread is baked to a perfect crisp, and the butter taste is very intense. The menu I had this season basically had no duds. My favorite was the steak in P9, which I upgraded by adding a little extra for a forgotten heifer 🐮. The meat had clear marbling, and it was so tender that it cut easily with a gentle touch of the knife. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come again.
