The Honolulu Museum of Art is a treasure trove that houses masterpieces like Van Gogh's Wheatfield and Monet's Water Lilies. The museum's permanent collection has grown from 875 pieces to approximately 55,000 items, spanning 5,000 years of history. It is particularly rich in Asian art, American and European paintings, and decorative arts. There are also numerous Buddhist artifacts and sculptures from Asia. 🎨 The museum features a modern exhibition hall and a Hawaiian textile exhibition hall, both of which are unique. The small outdoor courtyards in each exhibition hall are perfect for taking photos.
