They had a charcoal aroma but were quite dry and lacked a distinctive flavor—just average, really, and not as great as expected. 😊😊😊 My friend tried the beef ribs (500 grams for 16 euros), which were tender, flavorful, and practically fell off the bone—the highlight of our meal and highly recommended. 😂😂😂 We also tested their new pork knuckle dish (2 kilograms for 15.20 euros per kilogram). It was supposed to be 1.7 kilograms, but the portion was fatty and lacked the crispy skin typical of German-style pork knuckle. The taste was underwhelming—a miss. 😁😁😁 The sides were a bright spot: local sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers that cut through the richness nicely.
