This Houdini Restaurant has long ranked first among Bratislava's fine - dining spots on TripAdvisor. Eager to see what the fuss was about.😂😂😂 The lamb loin I had was tender, but the combination of sweet - sour blackberry sauce, mushrooms, and pistachios was odd and masked the lamb's flavor. The pea puree, however, was surprisingly sweet and rich, outshining the meat.😊😊😊 The pork belly resembled Chinese braised pork. The crispy rice - coated rice balls served with it evoked a similar feeling to eating braised pork with rice.😁😁😁 In conclusion, while the dishes weren't unpalatable, they emphasized creativity over taste. Given the steep prices and average flavors, the experience didn't live up to the hype. The sour cabbage soup with pork, sour cream and bread is combo!
