Just visited the newly opened Hopdoddy Burger Bar in Richmond Aliana. The ambiance is pretty good, and there’s live band music on-site. The portion sizes for the fries are generous, perfect for sharing with a group. 🍟 Hot Honey & Sage Sweets: Initially, these tasted great—sweet with a hint of spice. The sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. However, they can get a bit overwhelming after a while. 🍟 Green Chile Queso: Personally, I found it a bit too salty for my taste, but my friends really enjoyed it. 🍟 Parmesan Truffle: The signature dish lives up to its reputation! The fries are drizzled with truffle oil, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and chives, and served with truffle aioli. The layers of flavor are amazing! 🍟 Sweet Potato: Consistently good, no disappointments here. 🥗 Crispy Brussel Leaves (Parmesan Truffle): The leaves are indeed crispy, but they were a bit too salty and greasy. If they were lighter on the seasoning, they’d be a great snack. 🍔 Mother Nature: Highly recommended! The over-easy egg on top of the juicy patty and fried onions is a perfect combination. You won’t be able to stop at just one bite! 🍔 EL DIABLO: For those who love spice, this burger features Tillamook Pepper Jack cheese, jalapeños, and habaneros. The patty is cooked to medium-rare, bursting with flavor. Not for the faint-hearted when it comes to spice! 🍔 Double Bacon Jam: This is a classic American-style burger with a rich flavor, but it can be a bit heavy if you eat too much. 🥤 Oreo Cookie N‘ Cream Shake: Standard but reliable, nothing goes wrong here. 🍸 Frozen House Margarita: I ordered one that was the size of a milkshake. It was delicious but had a strong kick. The Ginger Lemonade here is also very refreshing! The wait time was a bit long, possibly because the place just opened. It’s important to communicate with the staff to get updates.
