How can Philadelphia have such delicious pasta?😭
The restaurant is called: Fiorella☝️ 🔥 Handmade Pasta Restaurant🍴 I originally wanted to go with friends on the weekend, but we couldn't get a reservation. However, there were plenty of seats available on weekdays! I had to go because I saw that their Italian ravioli was very delicious! Among the pastas, my favorite is the ravioli🥟😛👀 The Ravioli Doppio is a must-try! It has two different fillings on each side. Rigatoni with sausage ragu is my absolute favorite. I love pasta with a bit of chewiness. It's so delicious that I can't stop eating it. It feels like a snack! I forgot the name, but it's the one with foie gras. It was a bit too salty😅and not as good as the first two. For dessert, I ordered pannatoni (I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling). I was really full, but I couldn't leave without trying a dessert. It felt like the meal wasn't complete without it. It was delicious! It had the texture of bread, but it was also crispy and paired perfectly with cream. You have to try it!🌸 ♦️ CURED RED SNAPPER CRUDO (Cured Red Snapper Carpaccio) The quality of the red snapper is really high. You can tell from the crisp texture of the sashimi that the ingredients are fresh. It's simply seasoned with parsley, sea salt, and olive oil, which doesn't overpower the sweetness of the fish. The addition of pear shreds on top helps to balance the flavors. Highly recommended!👍 #PhiladelphiaFood #ItalianCuisine #PhiladelphiaLife #PhiladelphiaItalianFood #HandmadePastaRestaurant #Philadelphia
