π How to Enjoy Tokyo - The Honest Truth!
πππππ Tokyo DisneySea We arrived on the day of a new product launch, which was said to be super crowded, but the actual crowd was manageable compared to Shanghai Disney. We entered at 11 am and left at 5 pm, playing more than 10 small attractions with our little one, with an average waiting time of 5-20 minutes. Actually, for families with little kids, the main park is a better choice as it's much less crowded, and it's easier to get good photos. Tips: Definitely bring a Visa card. You can grab fast passes on the app. Make good use of the app to check the waiting times. The food is decent, both for meals and snacks, without any bad surprises. The pricing is better than Shanghai Disney. UnionPay is not accepted, but suica cards are sufficient. Just top up as needed. ππππ Ultraman Check-In [big camera] is highly recommended! It has the best prices and a wide selection of figures to buy. [Ginza Toypark] claims to be the largest Ultraman toy store, but I think it's just average. There are only two counters, and the prices are about 200 yen more expensive per item compared to big camera. ππππ Senso-ji Temple It's quite interesting for little kids to follow their moms and draw omikuji (fortunes). After Senso-ji, we checked out a series of red bird coffee, matcha desserts, and other spots, all of which are concentrated in the area and very family-friendly. ππππ Tokyo Tower This was purely an accompanying mom activity, where we visited several check-in spots.
