Hutch's | An Amazing Dinner Experience!
đżThis restaurant is quite famous in Buffalo, and it totally lives up to its reputation! As soon as we walked in, we loved the atmosphereâsoft lighting, industrial vintage decor, and a classy vibe. đżOne of the daily specials was fried soft-shell crab, so we ordered it right away. The crab was crispy outside and tender inside, lightly seasoned so you could still taste the natural sweetness of the seafood. A squeeze of lemon made it even fresher! đ§The salmon was also excellentâperfectly seared with a crispy skin and moist, pink center. It came with a slightly sweet and tangy sauce that paired beautifully with the fish. đ§ The salad was refreshing, and the drinks were great, too! âThe service was outstanding. Our server didnât just recommend dishesâshe explained how each was prepared and even gave us suggestions based on our preferences. âShe was patient and thoughtful throughout our meal.
