If I hadn't eaten so much, I'd definitely have a meal here from starters to desserts, watching the lady next to me enjoying dish after dish made me so envious! 👀🍽️ 🥗 Insalata di polpo a modo nostro This is the best octopus salad I've ever had in all of Italy. 🐙The octopus is cooked just right, tender and seasoned perfectly. The combination of ingredients is stunning: globe artichokes, purple lettuce, bok choy, and finished with pomegranate seeds. Surprisingly delicious without even a drop of olive oil. 🍝 Spaghetti al nero di seppia e carpaccio di tartufo nero Black truffle and cuttlefish ink spaghetti. Some places can be overwhelming with the truffle flavor, but here it's just right, perfectly balancing the fishy taste of the cuttlefish ink and the pasta's al dente texture.
