I've always heard that Boia De in Miami is really delicious

🩷🩷It's a small and exquisite Michelin one-star restaurant with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I had a great chat with several bar and restaurant staff. The dishes are mostly small portions, but they are quite filling, probably because there are many pasta dishes. The most impressive dishes were the Roasted Cauliflower and Tagliolini Nero. Their homemade pasta has excellent texture and quality, and the Gnocchi ranks in the top three of the similar dishes I've ever had.🩷🩷 🍪The cocktails are also very distinctive. I ordered a non-alcoholic version of Sour Kraut, which was sweet, refreshing, and very refreshing. The desserts are also worth trying. Even though we were full from the main course, we still finished two desserts and had a great time.🍪 😀Beef Tartare White Truffle Pasta (the most expensive dish of the night, but it was still delicious) Chicken Liver Pâté with Bread (not fishy at all) Grilled Clams (grilled with tomatoes, a very magical taste) Tiramisu Sunchoke Dumplings (it seems to be called sunchoke, the first time I've eaten ginger, it doesn't taste like ginger at all) Grilled Lamb Chops Overall, apart from the White Truffle Pasta being a bit expensive, the rest are around twenty to thirty dollars, which can be said to be a very cost-effective choice among Michelin restaurants. The taste is also good. It is recommended to go and check it out if someone cancels at the last minute. 😀😀 #Miami #Miami #Food #Restaurant #OneStarMichelin #MiamiItalianRestaurantRecommendation #MichelinStarRestaurant
