🍝I've discovered the joy of eating cuttlefish ink pasta.

🌟The other day, I tried a Sicilian restaurant with an Italian friend: Vicio Il Mastro Pastaio. It's rare to see Spaghettone Ner on the menu, so naturally, I didn't miss out. It was so delicious! 🌟🌟The chef's handmade cuttlefish ink pasta was incredibly tender and flavorful, carrying the fresh aroma of cuttlefish. The ingredients were generous: 4 peeled, super bouncy prawns, along with a bunch of mussels/sea beans, clams, and squid. Taking a bite of the seafood and noodles, all combined with a sauce made from garlic, tomatoes, and basil, the entire mouth feels like an ocean, with such depth and layers~Even after eating, with my mouth and teeth stained black, I only felt satisfied. 🌟🌟🌟Additionally, we ordered the classic Sicilian Cuttlefish Ink Arancine as a starter. The waiter's description of its size like an orange was spot on. The golden-fried surface with a hint of black, when cut open, reveals a solid rice ball wrapped in cuttlefish ink, accompanied by a spoonful of clam-flavored sauce, making every bite a joy. However, I was a little disappointed with the other appetizer, Frittura Mista. The batter was a bit thick, and the filling was somewhat empty. The fried cod was tender, though. 🌟🌟🌟🌟Price per person: €35-50, including 1 appetizer, 1 main course, and 1 beverage. Service: The lovely waiter was particularly friendly and enthusiastically explained the menu to us. #AmsterdamDining #AmsterdamLife #AmsterdamFood #AmsterdamExplore
