I have never walled out of a restaurant in my life but it happened here...

I dont really leave reviews however this was unfortunately a very poor experience that others must be warned about. Looking at the rating of 4.8 we were very keen to give this a try. When we got in it took a good 10 minutes for the waiter to realise we didn't have menus nor had our drink order taken. It then took 45 minutes before our appetiser was served! The tiniest arancini you'll ever see in your life. We were extremely hungry by this stage It then took another 20 minutes, so at this point we have had a very tiny appetiser and it's been over an hour... we finally get our pasta. After trying it, it becomes clear the pasta was the wrong one. No issue we send it back, then we are told sorry we are out of that pasta and they can make again from scratch if we want. We had already waited over an hour we were not going to wait for that again. Our first waiter at this point seems completely disinterested he is nowhere to be seen, in fact we ordered another water and it didn't come for 20 minutes as he forgot. We then had a second waiter who was much better and was genuinely sorry that the mix up and delays had happened, he was good. At this point we are now seriously starving and didn't want to wait anymore we cancelled the steak order as they hadn't started making it and paid for what we ate then left. Absolutely horrible experience 90+ minutes I had a tiny appetiser and the wrong dish given to me then they say it's not available anymore. I would have preferred vapiano pasta after all that mess. The food was average, the appetiser I wouldn't get again and the pasta I did have was covered in heavy cream of some sort, not something I'd order again.
