I am willing to come back countless times for the T-bone steak.
We didn't expect this Google 4.8-rated restaurant to be so amazing. The places we visited in Rome were mostly around 4.5, and many were just okay (not bad), but this one truly deserves a special recommendation.🤩 The T-bone steak was so fragrant that I wanted to invite the cow and the chef to dance right there! The olive oil they provided was delicious and added an extra layer of flavor to the steak. Each bite made me shake my head in pure joy!❤️❤️❤️ The slow-cooked egg white in the middle was described on the menu as flavored with truffle and bacon, but to our surprise, it was topped with generous slices of black truffle. What a generous restaurant! The seasoning was exceptional, and I think there might have been some cheese mashed potatoes inside, which, combined with the yolk, was simply irresistible! Their risotto was also fantastic, with the aroma of fried shallots and sprinkled with pistachio crumbs. It was so fragrant that I couldn't stop eating.🐟🐟🐟 One thing that really proves how generous and honest this restaurant is: we ordered a Gin Tonic and an Aperol Spritz. Even for these simple, common cocktails, the restaurant used a lot of the base liquor. In today's world of inflation and rising prices, many restaurants have reduced the amount of liquor they use, and some coffee shops in Rome have lattes that taste almost like hot milk. So when we tasted such sincerely prepared food, our sense of happiness truly overflowed! In the end, as we were leaving after paying the bill, the restaurant even gifted us a bottle of their homemade wine.😍😍😍 This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. You'll regret it if you don't eat here, and you'll regret that your stomach isn't big enough to order more once you do! Florence is amazing.🌟 We'll definitely be back next time! #Florence #FlorenceCuisine #FlorenceTravel #Italy #ItalianTravel #Tuscany
