I couldn’t get a reservation for kaiseki in Japan—but LA actually has it! 😭 This place specializes in shabu-shabu and offers several set menus to choose from 📝 The full course left me completely stuffed—honestly, two people could easily share one set! Here are my dish recommendations: 🐟 Miso Cod ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My favorite among the appetizers! The fish was tender and flaky—it melted in my mouth. 🥩 Wagyu Beef Slices ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Thinly sliced and literally melted like clouds in my mouth ☁️ 🦀 Seafood Platter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely go for a set that includes seafood! The king crab meatball was incredible—made with real shredded crab, savory and full of natural sweetness.
