I didn’t expect this French-style sushi 🍣 to be so delicious!!
🏘️ Restaurant Yugo 💭 I’ve walked past this place on Main Street many times but never went in; it’s not a very eye-catching shop. This time, a friend took me there 🧑🤝🧑, and it was so good that I wanted to come back the next day. The menu is more fusion, not traditional sushi, so the flavors should be widely acceptable! 🍣 Salmon Aburi Oshi Sushi It’s consistently good, so I won’t say much more! 🍤 Jumbo Ushi Ebi There’s a huge garlic 🧄 tiger prawn on top, garnished with a touch of caviar, too big to fit in one bite. The sushi roll also has mushrooms 🍄🟫 and crab sticks, making it very rich in flavor. 🍞 Unagi Tempura on French Toast I never expected this combination! It’s indeed very innovative~ The fried eel isn’t too greasy, and it’s even fresher with a cucumber 🥒 base. The French toast at the bottom is super crispy and is a delight I’d want to keep eating. 🦑 Mongo Ika Karrage My friend strongly recommended the fried squid, and it’s really yummy 🤤 The squid is tender and bouncy, and it’s even more aromatic with the truffle mayonnaise. I just can’t stop eating it! 🍚 Foie Gras Don We ordered a large for three people. I’m not a big fan of foie gras, so I just tasted a bit of the mushroom 🍄🟫 and rice at the base, and even just these two with the sauce 🧂 are delicious.
