This hotel completely met our expectations—and even exceeded them in many ways! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile 😊. We appreciated the flexible housekeeping service—rooms were cleaned daily or every other day based on guest preference 🧹🛏️. The hotel provided beach towels and even partnered with a local shop where you could borrow beach gear for free with a refundable deposit returned on the first day 🏖️🎒. Of course, booking an ocean-view room is a must for the full experience 🌊💙—waking up to that view was unforgettable! We truly have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Waikīkī.
