I encountered divine pasta in Florence.
Casa Ciabattini - A Divine Dining Experience in Florence Every dish here has its own highlight.😍😍😍 The house specialties are handmade pastas. But after a day of non-stop eating in Florence, I could hardly manage more and settled for a plate of gnocchi. These little potato dumplings were soft, tender, and not sticky at all, melting in the mouth. The contrast with the chewy squid was particularly delightful! My favorite, the fried artichokes, were perfect—crispy and with a lingering aftertaste. Paired with cheese, they became even richer and more flavorful.😻😻😻 What really added to the experience was the service. I've been to many restaurants recommended by locals, where the service can be quite casual and laid-back. But Casa Ciabattini stood out with its warm and friendly staff, always smiling and making us feel at home.❤️❤️❤️ Xiao Wang ordered a Spago Chitarra, which tasted pretty good. I had the Fettuccine Ragu. This is a type of Italian flat noodle (perfect for a fettuccine lover like me). The sauce is made from beef that has been braised until very tender, shredded, and then poured over the noodles. With the first bite, there's only one thing to say: It's really delicious😋 For dessert, we both chose Panna Cotta, and I have to give this dessert major props. It's an Italian cream pudding, but the cream flavor isn't overwhelming. The texture is incredibly smooth and melts in your mouth. It's not overly sweet, and when paired with the special fruit sauce, there's only one thing to say: Super duper delicious!!! #ItalianCuisine #FlorenceFood #FlorenceRestaurant #ItalianPasta
