I had the best cheese and black truffle pasta of my life! 😍

The average cost per person, including drinks, was 50 eurosđŸ’¶, but actually, the appetizers are not necessary. The menu can be seen in the last three pictures, and the dishes I ordered are all circled in red. The restaurant is open from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. every night, with the last order at 10:15. We didn't make a reservation and arrived at half past nine. We were lucky to get a table after waiting for more than half an hour. **Appetizer: Stone Perch Sashimi** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The sashimi was topped with fresh strawberries and mullet caviar, and the sauce was made from freshly squeezed strawberry juice. The combination was very sweet and sour, fresh and appetizing. **Black Truffle Cheese Pasta** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The number of pictures represents my undying love for this dish. It was incredibly delicious, the best pasta I've ever had in my life. The pasta was handmade, al dente, and very chewy. It was tossed in a cheese wheel so that the cheese melted and coated every strand. Freshly shaved black truffle was added on top. How could it not be delicious? And it wasn't greasy at all. I could have eaten more than one plate. **Steak** ⭐⭐ The steak had too many tendons and was tough to cut and chew. The right side was too greasy, and I couldn't taste the foie gras at all. **Tiramisu** ⭐⭐ It was more like an Ă©clair than tiramisu. The accompanying gelato was the best part. **Summary:** The pasta alone is worth it. It's a must-try in your life. I've eaten pasta in various cities in Italy for a week, and this was the only one that truly amazed me. You have to try it! If it's not delicious, come find me. #Florence #FlorenceFood #ItalianFlorence #FlorenceLife #FlorenceTravel #FlorenceRestaurant #FlorencePasta #FlorenceDining
