I had the best steak of my life in Firenze.
I only thought about where to eat the day before my trip. By that time, it was already impossible to get a reservation at the popular restaurants for the next day. However, I noticed that almost all Tuscan-style restaurants offer T-bone steak. So, I searched on Google and made a reservation for lunch the next day.πππ It was incredibly delicious! It can definitely be listed as the best steak I've ever had in my life, even surpassing some more expensive ones I've tried before. In the past, I've had steaks that were so tough at seven-tenths done that my jaws ached from chewing. And at five-tenths done, they were just bloody. But this one was nothing like that. It wasn't difficult to chew at all. Although it looked pink in the middle, there was no raw, bloody taste. When I cut into it, no bloody juices flowed out, and it didn't feel like I was eating raw meat. It was just so delicious that I'm at a loss for words. The steak was already seasoned with salt when it was served, and the grill below was fueled with charcoal, which kept the steak warm for a long time. It was very convenient.πππ Every bite was incredibly satisfying. The meat was rich in flavor, and the combination with the crispy fat was just amazing! I highly recommend trying it.β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ The smallest T-bone we had that day was 1.5 kilograms. The price was 60 euros per kilogram, and one steak was more than enough for two people. I'd suggest not ordering any other dishes because you won't be able to finish them. #Italian #Steak #Florence #Restaurant
