I had the most authentic Italian pasta of my life.

I visited Rome and Florence and checked out several popular spots. The restaurant in Florence with a 4.9 Google rating still lingers in my memory. The pasta here is the top-notch in our hearts, haha! It outshines all the others. Here, we tasted authentic homemade Italian pasta!🍝 The service and dishes were fantastic! The head chef and owner is an Italian uncle. At first, I almost mistook the front hall for a takeaway pizza shop, but the restaurant is actually inside, and many local residents also dine here every noon!❤️❤️❤️ The uncle is very amiable and humorous! Despite having bad knees, he personally brings a handwritten menu and sits down to introduce the dishes and take orders for each table. He will even tie your napkin for you, which is quite adorable!😍😍😍 🌟⭐The lasagna and tomato pasta are highly, highly recommended! The ingredients in the lasagna are really conscientious and touching! Eggs, ham, pork, etc., and two types of cheese, every bite is super delicious!!!! And the uncle will also offer his homemade olive and chili oil! Who would understand, after eating cheese for half a month, my eyes almost welled up with tears!!!! And the uncle's pasta menu changes every day. If you don't know what to choose, you can confidently let him recommend and serve the dishes for you, haha! Because the price is really reasonable! Each serving of pasta is only 10-12 euros!!!!
