I Had the Most Unreasonably Delicious BBQ in London!!!

👉 Come on, this place is just too good to be true! I never expected to find Japanese BBQ of this caliber in London! There’s no reason why Charco Charco shouldn’t be popular. 👉 We ordered beef tongue, recommended by the waiter. I thought it would be the usual thin slices, but it was bursting with juice the moment it hit my mouth. The grilling was perfect—crispy on the outside but not tough, with a slightly charred yet tender texture. Paired with their homemade seasoning sauce, it was so good I was left speechless. And it’s not just the beef tongue that’s amazing; their grilled chicken skewers and beef brisket are equally fantastic! 👉 Uni, crab, and tobiko roll!!!! I’m losing my mind. The layers of flavor and texture in one bite are just outrageous. The uni has that fresh, aromatic scent without any fishiness. The crab mixed with tobiko creates an explosion of flavor and texture in your mouth. Surprisingly, it’s not greasy at all! I’m locking this in as my number one sushi experience in London!
