Tried this new fried chicken spot, BBQ Village, these past two days. It’s pretty close to both universities—right next to the Great Canadian Supermarket and Machi Machi, on the same side of the street. I’d had this chain in Mississauga before and thought it was great, but now? Top Chicken has lost its top spot in my heart. This place is packed with flavor, and the fried chicken is so aromatic! The skin is ultra crispy, while the meat inside is juicy and tender—perfection! 🍗 The four plates we got came out to $87 after tax, which is pretty reasonable for the portion size. Though I don’t get why there’s always a line—like, it’s delicious, but is fried chicken really worth queuing for? 😂 I checked a few times and finally caught a lull to try it. Pro tip: hit it when it’s less busy!
