Appetizer: ๐๐๐๐๐ Catskills Smoked Salmon The classic touch is the Lime Crรจme Fraรฎche, French-style sour cream. It tastes more like yogurt, fresher than American-style cream, and not heavy at all. It's made from bacterial fermentation and is super delicious! Highly recommended! Main Course: ๐๐๐๐๐ Braised Short Ribs They use Parsnip Puree as the sauce. It has a slightly sweet taste. The short rib is incredibly tender! The texture is much better than I imagined. Main Course: ๐๐๐๐ Filet Mignon I ordered the steak medium-rare with a cabernet jus. It was a bit salty. The portion was way too big. I was so full I could hardly move. After the meal, I walked home from Central Park, feeling way too full.
