I think the pasta here is just amazing!
🌟Friends! The pasta at this place is so delicious that it brought tears to my eyes! It’s the most satisfying restaurant I’ve been to recently! 🌟The only downside is that it’s located in downtown Philadelphia, but not exactly in the heart of the city. I’d say it’s more in South Philly? On the way there, the surroundings are mostly residential, and I was wondering where the restaurant could be. Parking is also a bit of a challenge. But for their pasta, I’d happily go back despite the parking hassle! 🌟Seafood pasta: The sauce is similar to what other restaurants offer, but the seafood in it is really tasty. This dish was the chef’s recommendation that day, so I’m not sure if it’s available every day. 🌟Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe (Creamy Pasta): This is my favorite! The creamy sauce is so fragrant and not at all greasy. The pasta is on the softer side, which I prefer over al dente pasta. Squid Ink Tonnarelli: This was my least favorite dish that day. The pasta was quite chewy and firm, but it wasn’t undercooked. 🌟Papperdelle: This is a wide type of pasta that reminded me of the rice noodles in Cantonese-style stir-fried beef noodles. Hahaha. The dish is like stir-fried beef noodles with a bit of cheese added. My friends really liked it, but I thought it was just okay. 🌟Grigliata di Pesce: This was also one of my favorites that day. It’s a grilled sea bass with shrimp and spinach. Usually, I eat fish that’s pan-fried, boiled, or in a heavy-flavored dish like sour fish. Occasionally trying a grilled version like this is quite refreshing. The fish had no fishy or muddy taste at all. This simple preparation really brings out the natural sweetness of the fish, and the shrimp were also perfectly grilled, so fresh and sweet! #PhillyFood #PhillyExploration #Philadelphia #DateRestaurant #RestaurantShare
