I visited the village of Florence in Italy twice in one week.
The new restaurant in Florence is super delicious! It’s from Rome, and you can really tell the difference when it comes from a big city. The menu feels so high-end, hahaha. The food also arrives quickly. This time I didn’t order the crayfish (it’s a bit pricey for a student like me), but I really want to try the lamb hot pot (you need to make a reservation for that) hahaha. Braised Intestines with Fish: €26.5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It’s super fragrant! The fish is very tender with few bones. The intestines are very clean, and the addition of sauerkraut really enhances the flavor. It’s really delicious! Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage: €9 🌟🌟🌟 The cooking is spot on! The meat inside is really tasty, nicely stir-fried until crispy. Shredded Pork with Fish-flavored Sauce: €10 🌟🌟🌟 It’s a standard stir-fried dish with a good portion size. Overall, their “Big Feast” series is really good. If you don’t like spicy food, you can ask for less spice or pair it with soy milk, which works well. The highlight of this restaurant is that they don’t use substitutes. For example, if some ingredients or dishes are not available in Italy, they will fully replicate the authentic Chinese flavors.🐛 💶Average cost per person: €25+ #Italy #Florence #FlorenceRestaurants #FlorenceRestaurantRecommendations #FlorenceCuisine #LifeInItaly #StudyingInItaly #ArtStudyInItaly
