I Want to Move Into This French Quarter Hotel! ✨

· 👉 Just back from New Orleans and I can’t wait to recommend this hidden gem that takes “privacy” to the next level—Mason Majeure Hotel 🏨! As a newly opened hotel transformed from a historic building, it perfectly blends old-world French elegance with contemporary design. 📍 The location is unbeatable: just a 5-minute walk to the jazz bars on Bourbon Street. · 👉 The moment you push open the wrought-iron gate 🚪, it’s like stepping into 1900s New Orleans: under a 5-meter-high stained-glass dome, a brass chandelier casts a warm glow on the black-and-white checkered floor. The welcome champagne came with a local absinthe twist—every detail whispers restrained elegance ✨. The biggest surprise? Only 36 rooms, each behind carved teak doors feeling like its own private world. I stayed in the "Writer’s Suite," complete with a velvet sofa 🛋️ facing an antique fireplace, and a bathroom with a glass skylight for stargazing! · 👉 As a hotel enthusiast, I have to praise its “aesthetic of contrasts”: though located on bustling Royal Street in the French Quarter, lying by the bougainvillea-covered pool 🌹, all you hear is water and birds. While the building is centuries old, smart climate control, Dyson hairdryers, and automated curtains give it a futuristic touch. Highly recommend the “Smoky Rooftop” cocktail on the terrace—watching the St. Louis Cathedral spires turn amber at sunset, I finally understood why Hemingway called New Orleans “an intoxicating absinthe.” 🍹 · 📍 546 Carondelet Street, New Orleans What’s the most beautifully designed hotel you’ve ever experienced?
