Iceland Food Recommendation Two | Selfoss Mar Seafood

🌟After driving to Selfoss, you’ll see a Food Hall just after crossing the suspension bridge. There are several restaurants on that street. 🌟Mar Seafood is a bit tricky to find. Once you go inside, you’ll see a colorful hopscotch pattern on the ground. Go down the stairs and look for a green door. 🌟Their specialty is various pans. We ordered three types – lamb, shrimp, and fish tongue (first time trying it, very tender). Overall, it’s a bit salty, but it’s fine when we eat it with bread. We drank a lot of water to compensate. 🌟We also ordered shark meat. When it arrived, we thought, “That’s all there is?” After eating it, we nearly passed out. It was an experience of trying one of Iceland’s stinky foods. Reminded us of Zhao Zhao’s vomiting scene in “Faraway Journey” – yue~ Too real, hahaha. 🌟During our meal, a cute chubby cat kept us company. It was very affectionate, letting us pet it, and even purring. After we finished eating, it didn’t want to get off our clothes. Hopefully, we’ll meet again, little kitty~ #IcelandFoodRecommendation #EnjoyingFoodTogether #IcelandTravel #FoodDiary #IcelandTravelGuide #IcelandCuisineGuide #SharkMeat
