Idaho | Boise's No-Wait Italian Gem! 🍝

📍 Acero 801 W Main St, Boise, ID 83702 This is a bar and casual Italian eatery in downtown — but don’t let "casual" fool you, they offer a full menu with entrees! And unlike some old-school Boise restaurants… no waiting in line! 😍 Their Bruschetta and Flatbread are both delicious. Essentially, they’re both bread + toppings — one’s small toasts, the other’s a big pie! Colorfully decorated and totally Instagram-worthy 🥖🍅🌿. For Flatbread, I recommend the Spicy Sausage and Pig & Fig. The first one is drizzled with hot honey — sweet and spicy 🌶️🍯. The second features fig jam for a savory-sweet combo. A touch of sweetness really balances the richness of the flatbread — so good! Their Charcuterie Board (cured meats, sausages, cheeses…) was just okay, honestly 😕. I still haven’t found a truly great board in Boise — even the one at Tavolata downtown was underwhelming.
