If you’re craving a hearty meat feast, this place is spot on.

✅I’ve had this restaurant saved in my bookmarks for a while now. One day, I suddenly felt like trying some Vietnamese cuisine recommended by a friend. As I walked up from the parking lot, I caught a whiff of meat aroma. I looked at the shop’s name, and it seemed familiar. Peeking into the store, I immediately set aside the Vietnamese food for another day—today was all about meat. ✅The waitstaff’s attire was very much in line with the stereotypical image of a steakhouse—cowboy leather and industrial style. Browsing the menu, there was a decent variety of meats, including beef and a small selection of Iberian pork. Since I was already there, I might as well go for the largest portion—the tomahawk steak. And let’s add some roasted bone marrow to the order (which I later realized was a mistake! It was nothing like the roasted marrow I’ve had in domestic restaurants; it was almost pure solid fat, tread carefully). The bread served as an appetizer was quite good, with a nice texture, and paired with custom butter wrapped in greaseproof paper, it was easy to polish off two. ✅The steak was impeccable. It was flavorful enough to eat with just a sprinkle of black pepper, or you could douse it in their accompanying meat juice. The portion was genuinely generous; I couldn’t finish it all, so the waiter packed the leftovers for me. Back home, I wrapped it in foil and threw it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, and it was still incredibly tender, not at all overcooked. Amazing! ✅Visiting during a weekday lunch was a bit intimidating, with the place full of white-collar male elites engaged in business lunches. “Alright, here comes the business atmosphere killer.” This woman pulled out her Switch and started playing intensely, saying she needed to grab some more Bomb Flowers from the underground before the Blood Moon!
