I was initially drawn to this restaurant by the artichoke omelette (pictured in the first photo) ... I thought the preparation was quite unique and it looked very appetizing! Since winter is the season for artichokes, let's go for it!鉂わ笍 This restaurant is small and located in the city center of Florence, with a very traditional Italian trattoria atmosphere! However, it seems that most of the patrons are tourists... well, never mind... the most important thing is that the food is delicious.馃悷 I personally think the artichoke omelette is worth trying! Especially for someone like me who loves artichokes... But their signature dish, the pan-fried chicken breast (pictured in the second photo), I found to be quite ordinary... I also ordered tripe, a local Tuscan dish, which was not bad.馃 There was a little episode in the middle: my friends and I were seated at the same table with a British couple by the waiter. The British couple strongly recommended that we order the chicken breast. I'm not really a fan of chicken breast because I find it dry... but hearing their strong recommendation, I thought it might be something special. However, after tasting it, I still found it to be quite ordinary... Then they saw that we had ordered tripe and asked what it was. I told them it was tripe, and they just said, "Good luck."馃 Hehe, indeed, those who don't understand the deliciousness of offal can only stay at the level of eating chicken breast.
