If you only have one day in Paris
š§ An amazing Paris Citywalk one-day tourāno deep exploration, but perfect for soaking up the Parisian vibe! š§ Timing: My friend and I arrived in Paris at noon and left early the next morning. After landing, we had exactly 8 hours to explore. š Route as follows: 1ļøā£ After landing at Orly Airport, we bought a Paris transport day ticket (Important note: The ticket doesnāt cover the ride from the airport to the city center, and some lines arenāt accessibleāother travelers probably have detailed guides on this). 2ļøā£ Headed straight to the Paris Opera House to check out the exterior. The souvenir shop is at the exit. 3ļøā£ Went to the top floor of Galeries Lafayette. 4ļøā£ Admired the exterior of the Louvre Pyramid. 5ļøā£ Took in the exterior of Notre-Dame de Paris. 6ļøā£ Visited Paris City Hall (HĆ“tel de Ville). 7ļøā£ Strolled along the Seine River. Public transport along the Seine is really a disasterāyou can almost only get around on foot. 8ļøā£ Stopped by the Centre Pompidou. We didnāt visit the exhibitions; instead, we went straight up to the second floor after entering, then took the escalator all the way to the top floor of the exterior facade to watch the sunset. From there, we could see Montmartre and the Eiffel Towerāit was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, though, it seems the Pompidou is under renovation now. #StudyAbroad #SeeTheWorldsBeautyTogether #AroundTheWorld #Scenery #RecordMyCity #France #FranceTravel #ParisFrance #Paris #ParisTravel #ParisOneDayTrip #CitywalkParis #ParisCitywalk #Citywalk
