This ice cream is absolutely and deliciously special! We have been traveling all over Europe, trying every day (sometimes several times a day) the best ice cream in towns like Venice, Florence, Rome, Verona, Modena, Milan, Torino, Copenhagen, Lyon, Barcelona, Lisbon, etc.

I can tell with confidence that this ice cream shop is in contention for the best ice cream experience I’ve had ever.

Really have I tasted such concentrated flavors. I had Kiwi, Mandarine and Mango. Each ice cream was rich and an explosion of perfectly ripe fruit flavor.

The owner is passionate and full of anecdotes about how he spent 1.5 years perfecting his vanilla flavor, or the four different regions where he has successively sourced his apricots from…

Don’t be fooled by the wait, it is worth it.

Incredibly happy to have stumbled upon this place. It was a hot summer day and me and my wife wanted to have some ice cream. Found them online and decided to give them a shot based on reviews. Don’t let the long wait time turn you away. The wait is sooo worth it. The couple is incredibly passionate about their ice cream. They let you taste as many flavours as you want. Best ice cream in Paris absolutely. Incredible flavors, I don’t normally like caramel but it’s just absolutely amazing. It doesn’t taste like any other caramel ice cream I’ve had before, it’s buttery rich smooth and slightly salty.

The fruit flavors are just so alive and fresh, real and delicious. The owner is so passionate about ice cream. It’s a truly special place, completely recommended.
