In Montreal, you must visit this place for foie gras! Affordable and exquisitely delicious!

Let's start with the name of the restaurant! Au Pied de Cochon ✨✨✨ How delicious is the food here? My friend and I shared an appetizer and five main dishes, and our appetite was particularly voracious that day. The most delightful surprise was that, including tax and tip, it cost less than a hundred dollars per person! It's really a great deal! I have to say, city life is truly convenient. 🌟Foie Gras Poutine Wow! This is divine Poutine! The tender and smooth foie gras is out of this world. Poutine is a Canadian specialty, which is made by putting cheese curds on fries and then smothering it in gravy. Although it's high in calories, it's really fragrant and incredibly tasty! 🌟Foie Gras Sashimi This dish is truly amazing, with an unexpectedly delightful taste. I thought the raw dish would have a fishy taste, but it doesn't at all! When paired with rice, the texture and layers of flavor are instantly elevated, which is very satisfying, haha. 🌟Plum Sauce Foie Gras and Plogue à Champlain Both of these dishes left a sweet impression on me. The foie gras itself is very tasty, but the accompanying ingredients might feel a bit rich if you eat too much. 🌟Canned Duck Breast with Foie Gras This is their signature dish! We ordered it last, and the waiter was astonished that we could still eat, hahaha. Since it was the last dish to arrive, and we had already eaten a lot of foie gras, we did feel a bit overwhelmed by the richness. But we finished it all, which proves its deliciousness; otherwise, we wouldn't have cleaned our plates when we were already full. #Montreal #MontrealLife #Food #Canada #DeliciousFood
