In New York! The super-sized beef bone marrow fried rice is delicious

The chef’s special: bone marrow fried rice deserves all the praise! It’s served straight in the pan, and the rice grains are perfectly separated with crispy bits of scorched rice at the bottom. The bone marrow adds such a rich, deep flavor, and they balance it out with raisins and tomatoes to cut the richness—delicious and Instagram-worthy 📸 🥖 Tofu cheese with baguette The tofu cheese 🧀 melts in your mouth, light and refreshing with no heaviness. Paired with the crispy, crusty baguette, it’s absolute perfection! 🐙 Octopus Terrine The octopus legs are chewy in the best way, served with a fish broth jelly and tomato-onion sauce—the flavors are incredible! My friend usually doesn’t like octopus, but she loved this 🥰 🥥 Clam Pot (grilled coconut clam stew) So good!!! The presentation is unique—clams served in a grilled coconut shell, and the broth is and fragrant 😋 The Baby Back Ribs and shrimp pasta were solid too—no complaints, just delicious. 🍮 Crème brûlée Must-order!!! The sugar crust is perfectly crispy, and the custard is rich with egg flavor, silky and creamy—we couldn’t get enough after the last bite. Their Vietnamese coffee is great too—rich and aromatic, not as sweet as the ones I’ve had at other places, which makes it way more suited to Chinese palates 😆 📍 Brasserie Vietnam 282 Bleecker St, New York, NY 10014 #NewYorkFood #NewYorkLife #NewYorkEats #ManhattanFood #VietnameseFood #FrenchFood #NewYorkStudyAbroad
