In Toronto, I can always count on the pizza power of this place. πβ¨
Recently, I discovered a new Neapolitan pizza joint in the Liberty Village area. As soon as I heard about it, I rushed over. πββοΈπ The place was quiet on a weekday, not many people know about this gem yet. I looked at the menu and noticed the names were eerily similar to those at πCafe Oro di Napoli, so I couldnβt help but ask the staffβ¦ Turns out, the lovely staff member informed me that this place is actually the same as the popular Cafe Napoli on Jarvis Street! Just under a different name (it seems the owner doesnβt want to use the fame of the previous store to promote the new one, very low-key) π€« I had just eaten at πCafe Oro di Napoli a couple of weeks ago And I truly believe their pizza is amazing! π€© Knowing itβs the same recipe, I had to order pizza again this time! π Last time I had the red base, so this time I went for the white base. Blindly ordered the Carne e Miele Piccante, and the meaty, fatty pizza was so delicious it made me cry tears of joy π Two types of Italian sausages plus thick-cut bacon, loaded to the brim, with a spicy and sweet honey flavor, and a crust thatβs thin with a crispy edgeβ¦ this pizza really never disappoints. π Β· The new place also has new items. The Arancini Di Funghi fried cheese mushroom risotto was too tempting not to order, but it was a bit heavy for my taste, not a personal favorite. π The thick-cut smoked bacon cream pasta was a steady performer, delicious! π #TorontoFood #Pizza #ItalianCuisine
