Located inside the Fontainebleau Hotel, this spot offers an elegant and comfortable dining setting — and the food is surprisingly delicious! Here’s our totally subjective review of what we ordered: 🐟 Crudo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fresh hamachi sashimi with caviar, avocado, and cucumber sauce — so refreshing! Even though I don’t usually love raw fish, I devoured several slices. Beautiful plating, too! 🦢 Foie Gras Poêlé ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My favorite dish! It’s rare to find foie gras this good. Pan-seared and served with buttery brioche, it’s rich — but balanced with pear purée, figs, and grapes that cut through the richness. Pure happiness in a bite 🥹 🥞 Soufflé Pancakes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely divine! Fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth Japanese-style soufflé pancakes topped with fresh berries, maple syrup, and whipped cream 🍓 Way better than classic American pancakes! 🍳 Eggs on Cocotte ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Baked eggs served as a dipping sauce with focaccia. They kept one egg runny on top — such a smart touch! The baked eggs had cherry tomatoes and a hint of pesto — tasty, though not as wow as the foie gras or pancakes. 🥗 Chef’s Salad ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A solid, functional salad — great when you’re traveling and need something fresh.
